Is the Free plan really free?
Yes. The Free plan costs $0 and includes up to 5 meetings per month with AI notes and action items. It's a simple way to see how Lumen fits your meetings before you upgrade.
What counts as a meeting?
A meeting is any single Zoom, Google Meet or Microsoft Teams call that Lumen joins and writes notes for. Each call counts once, however long it runs or however many people attend.
Can I switch plans anytime?
Yes. You can move between Free, Pro and Business whenever your team's needs change. Upgrades unlock new features straight away, so you never have to wait for a billing cycle.
Is billing monthly?
Pro and Business are billed per user, per month: $12 for Pro and $24 for Business. You only pay for the people on your team who use Lumen.
Do you offer annual or custom pricing for larger teams?

What happens to my notes if I downgrade?
Your team still owns its meeting history. Downgrading changes which features and integrations are available going forward. If you have questions about a specific setup, our team is happy to walk you through it before you switch.
